Ryan Floyd
Chief Financial Officer

As a member of the group’s executive management team, Ryan Floyd oversees the operational, financial, and administrative functions of the group.

Prior to joining David Myers Group, Ryan served on US development teams for Tesco where he helped build and launch their American grocery subsidiary, Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market. Ryan’s international team developed & deployed Fresh & Easy’s Accounting, Finance & People Planning systems as the business aggressively rolled out 105 stores in less than three years.

Ryan brings 10 years of financial experience across a range of fields including Entertainment (Turner Broadcasting), Digital Media (Genex) and Grocery (Tesco). Ryan earned a Master’s of Accountancy and Bachelor’s of Accounting from the University of Alabama.

 

Ronit Gieske
Regional Operations Manager

Ronit Gieske brings over seven years of hospitality management and two years of financial accounting experience to the David Myers Group. Prior to working for DMG, Ronit held a General Manager position for the Hillstone Restaurant Group, whose restaurants include Los Angeles’ favorites Houston’s and R + D.

She has a Masters degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University’s Hotel School and a double B.A. in Psychology/Sociology from Rutgers University. When not at work, Ronit takes pleasure in scouting the local Los Angeles farmer’s markets for seasonal treats, holding dinner parties for friends, finding good tunes, and enjoying the beach culture of Venice, CA, where she resides.
